💙💙💙💙RAWANA   ELLA WATERFALL💙💙💙💙

                                           Rawana fall is one of the most beautifull waterfall in the central hills.this waterfall is located between wellawaya town and ella juntion.sweeping down from the top of a high mountation waterfall captivates the viewer.this waterfall is about  one hundred and theirty two feet high and astrean of water falls into rock pit.

 

                                       

     

then the pits overflow and the lowlands are floooded.the stone blocks around the ravana falls look like watch towers buit to protected the falls.many people are temped to visit this water fall which is located near the wellawaya main road and stay here.local and foreign tourists are seen bathing and taking pictures every day.

there are several small shops around this beautiful water fall to cater to the needs of tourists who  come to relex .there is also  a historical story associated with this water fall.it is said that king rawana who came to ceyelon from india  throught dadumonara and pricess sita and the cave where ravana was hiding are also located nearby.

                                               the cave surists do not so there.it is the duty of all of us ,the peopltarts near the falls and ends near the dove temple.the road in ths cave is scary and toeof sri lanka ,to protect such valuble sites without deforestion.
